My love of sport has been a constant throughout my life and the arena where I have learnt many life lessons. With young children at home, I stopped playing for a while and slipped into a very inactive lifestyle. In recent years, however, I have found a way back to being more active and have reached a new level of performance and fitness.
I can say with confidence that my success has been, in very large part, due to the Energy Healing tools I now possess and which I used frequently on my journey. I have gone from the couch to becoming active again, from there to learning a new sport and improving my performance, and finally to competing and winning competitions. The improvement in my mental attitude, my stamina, energy levels, strength, aerobic conditioning, motivation, enjoyment, focus, and overall physical and mental condition has been astounding. People who knew me when I first started playing badminton and see me again now all comment on how shocked they are by how quickly I have managed to raise the level of my game.
