The Program

Resonance Repatterning®, Scalar Heart Connection® and Magui Block® method are designed to identify the unconscious patterns that keep you stuck and unable to maintain the active lifestyle you desire. I will help you identity your own unique blend of unconscious patterns and beliefs that are getting in the way of you staying on track with your goals. The group sessions give you a boost from the combined energy of many people as we work on the patterns you all have in common. The individual session allows you to identify your biggest personal obstacles to success.

After having children and moving to Brazil, I found it impossible to maintain an active lifestyle. The demands on my time and energy of work and two small children undermined my every effort to keep up with regular exercise, playing volleyball or taking a yoga class. Eventually I gave up and spent years doing nothing and feeling ashamed when a short walk or climbing a flight of stairs left me out of breath.

It wasn’t until I started working on my unconscious patterns through Resonance Repatterning® , and later Scalar Heart Connection®, that I realized why this was happening and was able to change it. I was resonating with beliefs such as, “Only if I take care of others, will they love me,” and, “I receive love only if I am perfect.” Is it any wonder that I always put my needs last?
