I am a Certified Resonance Repatterning® Practitioner and member of the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute, and a Certified Scalar Heart Connection® Practitioner. I will work with you to empower you to strengthen your sense of self and direction, and support you to move through life with a deep sense of joy and purpose, as you discover your innate power and begin to speak your truth and live life in alignment with your authentic self.
Throughout my life I have been driven by a deep passion for healing the world and building a healthy, sustainable balance. My journey has taken me from environmental protection, to children’s education, to energy healing. Through this journey I have grown as a person, as I moved across continents and found myself navigating transitions and challenges in relationships, employment, cultures and languages.
It was after the birth of my children that I began an intensive study of holistic health and energy healing, which eventually led me to Resonance Repatterning® (RR) and later Scalar Heart Connection® (SHC) and the Magui Block® method (MBM). These energy healing methods have truly transformed my life. Situations that overwhelmed me with anxiety are now opportunities that I relish. I have uncovered a confidence in myself and my ability to shape my path in life.
Through Anasa360 I hope to reach people who would benefit from RR, SHC and MBM. I have found these methods to be fantastic tools in helping my clients navigate transitions and challenges of all kinds, especially when it comes to relationships, adapting to new countries, cultures, and languages, and accessing their personal strengths and talents. My love of sport has led me to use these tools to improve my performance and I have developed specific programs geared towards sport and a physically active lifestyle which my clients adore.
In working with you, my goal is to provide the support you need to get to the root of the energy blocks that have built up over time and resolve them to reveal the opportunity that lies beyond – the next step on your personal hero’s journey. As we work with the layers of non-coherent energy, we become free of the subconscious thoughts and feelings that hold us back, making our lives, those of our loved-ones, and the world a better place for all, one session at a time.
I have two, wonderful teenage children and currently live in São Paulo, Brazil. I hold a BSc in Zoology from the University of Nottingham (Nottingham, England) and a Master of Science Degree in Climate Change from the University of East Anglia (Norwich, England). I have an Upper Elementary Montessori Teacher Certification from the Michigan Montessori Teacher Education Center (Detroit, Michigan), and Infant, Toddler and Twos, and Preschool and Kindergarten Montessori Teacher Certifications from the North American Montessori Centre (Canada). I have also received training in Scalar Heart Connection® and the full basic and advanced series of Resonance Repatterning® seminars. I am currently taking training in the Magui Block® method. I am also a Qualified Instructor of two Resonance Repatterning Seminars – Fundamentals of Resonance Repatterning and Transforming Primary Patterns with Resonance Repatterning.
